How to install

Create your Omnishi account
Sign up at omnishi.ai (or sign in if you already have a workspace). Omnishi connects to your team's knowledge, so each Slack workspace is linked to an Omnishi account.

Connect Slack
In the Omnishi dashboard, open Integrations → Connect Slack and approve the requested permissions. This adds the Omnishi bot to your workspace.

Choose what to index & start asking
Pick the channels and sources you want Omnishi to use. Then @mention @Omnishi in any channel, DM it a question, or run /omnishi meet <link> to add the AI notetaker to a call.
What you get
Ask anything
@mention Omnishi or DM it to search across your connected company sources and get cited answers in seconds.
Smart meetings
Run /omnishi meet <link> to send an AI notetaker into Zoom, Google Meet, Teams, or Webex — it transcribes and posts a summary.
Action items, handled
Omnishi detects action items from meetings and channels, then sends reminders and approval prompts via DM.
Weekly digest
A Monday-morning DM with what's still outstanding, so nothing slips through the cracks.
