How does billing work when I add, remove, or upgrade people?
Every change is prorated. Add a seat mid-month → you pay only the partial amount. Remove → you get credited back the unused days. Same for upgrading or downgrading individual users between Base and Power.
What happens if I hit my 10-hour meeting cap on Base?
You'll see it coming on your usage bar in Settings. Once you hit the cap, Omnishi politely declines new meetings until the next cycle, or your admin upgrades you to Power on the spot, which lifts the cap immediately.
