How does billing work when I add, remove, or upgrade people?
Every change is prorated. Add a seat mid-month → you pay only the partial amount. Remove → you get credited back the unused days. Same for upgrading or downgrading individual users between Base and Power.
What happens if I hit my 10-hour meeting cap on Base?
You'll see it coming on your usage bar in Settings. Once you hit the cap, Omnishi politely declines new meetings until the next cycle — or your admin upgrades you to Power on the spot, which lifts the cap immediately.
How long do you keep meeting recordings?
Recordings are retained for 7 days on Base and 30 days when upgraded to Power, then automatically deleted. We email you a private download link the moment the meeting ends so you can save anything important; the link works for the full retention window. Transcripts, summaries, and action items are kept indefinitely — only the raw video/audio is purged.
