Knowledge

Every answer your company already has.
One chat away.

Omnishi connects your documents, Slack, meetings, tickets, and drives into one body of Knowledge. Knowledge Chat answers questions from it, with citations. Projects builds documents, reports, and images from it. And Knowledge Governance keeps all of it current, deduplicated, and permission-aware, so the answers stay right.

Connected is not the same as Knowledge

How Omnishi is different than Claude.

Claude can connect to your sources and read a document when you point it at one. Omnishi does something different: it indexes everything into one body of Knowledge, builds a Knowledge map of what your company knows, and performs Knowledge Governance on all of it.

Indexed, not fetched on demand

Claude searches your sources when you ask, then reads what it finds. Omnishi has already read, indexed, and mapped everything before you ask. The answer surfaces in a fraction of the time, from all of your sources at once.

A Knowledge map, not a pile of connections

Omnishi builds a live map of what your company knows: which topics are covered, which documents hold the truth, and how it all connects. A connector list tells you what the AI can reach. A Knowledge map tells you what your company actually knows.

Gaps Claude will never find

Knowledge Governance surfaces what is missing: undocumented processes, unanswered questions, stale and conflicting documents. Claude cannot find a document that was never written. Omnishi shows you the hole and helps you fill it.

The result: answers get surfaced much faster, and you discover the gaps in your Knowledge that a chat connected to your sources will never find.

From scattered files to one body of Knowledge

Three steps, and your company can answer for itself.

1

Connect your sources

Google Drive, Slack, Notion, Confluence, Jira, meetings, and more. You choose exactly which drives, channels, and projects Omnishi can see. Nothing is connected that you did not approve.

2

Omnishi turns them into Knowledge

Every document, message, and meeting is read, understood, and indexed into one body of Knowledge. When a file changes or a decision lands in Slack, the Knowledge updates. It is not a snapshot. It is a living record of what your company knows.

3

Ask, anywhere

In the Omnishi dashboard or right inside Slack. Ask the way you would ask a colleague, and get an answer, not a list of files.

Knowledge Chat

Ask like a colleague. Not like a search bar.

Enterprise search hands you ten documents and wishes you luck. Knowledge Chat reads them for you, answers the question, and shows you where the answer came from.

Answers, not links

"What did we quote Acme in March?" returns the number, the context, and the document it came from. Not a results page.

Citations on everything

Every answer links to the exact documents, messages, and meetings it was built from. Click through and verify. "Trust me" is never the answer.

Follow-ups that just work

Knowledge Chat holds the thread. Ask "and what about the year before?" or "show me the table with the scores" and it knows what you mean.

Works where you already work

Ask in Slack and the answer arrives in Slack. The dashboard is there when you want it, but nobody has to learn a new tool to get answers.

Permission-aware, always

People see only the Knowledge they are allowed to see. Private channels stay private. HR documents do not leak into engineering answers. Access rules follow every answer automatically.

Meetings become Knowledge too

Omnishi joins your meetings, transcribes them, and folds what was said into your Knowledge. "What did we decide about the pricing change?" works even when the decision only ever lived in a call.

Behind every answer sits Knowledge Governance: the Knowledge stays current, duplicates and conflicts get resolved instead of repeated, and every answer inherits your company's central truth.

Projects

Do not just ask. Produce.

Projects is where questions turn into work products. Documents, reports, one-pagers, images, built straight from your Knowledge and iterated in place until they are ready to ship.

1

Start a Project and ask for a first draft

"Draft the Q3 board update." "Build a one-pager for the Acme renewal." Omnishi writes it from your Knowledge: real numbers, real decisions, real history, with sources attached.

2

Iterate in place

"Shorten this." "Use last quarter's numbers." "Make the tone more formal." "Turn this section into a chart." Each instruction reshapes the draft right there. No copy-paste between tools, no starting over.

3

Everything stays together

The draft, its sources, and its full history live in the Project. Anyone you share it with can see not just the result but how it was made and what Knowledge it stands on.

Generic AI writes plausible text. Projects writes your text: grounded in your Knowledge, traceable to its sources, and ready for a real deadline.

All your Knowledge sources

If your company uses it, Omnishi can learn from it.

Knowledge Governance

The reason the answers stay right.

Any tool can index your files once. The hard part is month twelve: documents go stale, teams write conflicting versions, and nobody knows what the AI is actually drawing on. Knowledge Governance is Omnishi's answer. One place to see what your Knowledge covers, fill what is missing, and tune who and what can access every piece of it.
